This is for a period of 3 days monthly, feeding on only fruits and vegetables that you are comfortable with.
No cooked food during the 3-day period because the main objective is to alkalinize your whole system and maximize the benefits of nutrients from your fruits and vegetables. Note that too much cooking can kill the nutrients in your food.
Each participant would be required to shop for fruits and vegetables, which we call your food basket. This would be done a day or two before the scheduled start date for the detox.

1. Smoothies
2. Salads
3. Alkaline water
4. Herbal teas
5. Loads of water
This will be done together with other people in a group as accountability partners and for effectiveness. You get to receive encouragement, and it is fun too, as everyone is happy to post the food that they eat. Strict compliance is encouraged for good results.
